Member Application

Please note: An invoice will be generated for the annual membership fee once your application is processed.

Before you get started, let’s ensure your membership profile is set up correctly.

We will require the following information;

  • Company information: Share a brief overview of your company including the services or products you offer.
  • Billing information
  • Primary contact: Provide the contact information for the individual responsible for receiving all business leads.
  • Secondary contact: Provide the contact information for individuals who should be receiving M&CPEI correspondence (no leads)
  • Website content: This section helps us populate your web profile that will be on our website in the Planner’s Toolkit. Please include a minimum of 300 words to describe and sell your company.
